The hotel rooms were gorgeous and spacious, overlooking the pool and with a city view, modern in design with a large bathroom area featuring glass walls into the sleeping area. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, situated in a good neighborhood. The location was near Marques de Pombal Square, close to a subway station, and easy to access the old town and main tourist sites. Dining was good but expensive. The overall experience was enjoyable, despite some minor drawbacks.
